By booking or using services from Healing Compass Wellness, you agree to the following terms:

Appointments

Appointments are scheduled through our booking platform. Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your session.

Cancellations & No-Shows

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Pricing and availability are managed through our booking platform.

No-Fault Cases

No-Fault services are handled separately and are subject to insurance verification and approval.

Refunds

Services are non-refundable once rendered. Any concerns will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Communication

Text is the preferred method of communication. Voicemails will be returned as soon as possible.

Liability

Services provided are intended for wellness and relaxation purposes and are not a substitute for medical care. Please consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.
