By booking or using services from Healing Compass Wellness, you agree to the following terms:

Payments & Booking

Appointments are scheduled through our booking system.

Book Appointment → (Vagaro)

Card on File

A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment.
Your information is securely stored through Vagaro and will not be charged at the time of booking.

This applies to all clients, including No-Fault cases.

Arrival

Please arrive on time for your session.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session

  • Full session price still applies

New clients are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any necessary forms.

Cancellations & No-Shows

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Day-before cancellations: 50% of service fee

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of service fee

Fees may be charged to the card on file or collected at your next visit.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.

Prepaid Sessions

If a prepaid session is missed or canceled late, the session will be considered used and is non-refundable.

Weather & Emergencies

Cancellation fees may be waived in cases of:

  • illness

  • emergencies

  • severe weather

If conditions are unsafe, appointments may be canceled for everyone’s safety.
